Incredibly honest and trustworthy company and amazing people. Melissa got me set up with an appointment. 10/10 customer service, she was so polite, and respectful. Dan was awesome, figured out the problem, fixed it, and showed me what happened and what to look out for. Super personable and honest guy. If you are debating on using anyone else, don't. Amazing service from Dan (President) who was dispatched for my semi-annual maintenance review of my system (2nd year customer). Zach was the tech for my initial review and was great. Dan was thorough and explained everything he was doing and the measurements. He didn't rush through things. Very professional from start to finish! We needed a system replacement and Dan and Melissa were prompt, detailed, and professional throughout. The install team of Zach and Tony were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as well. Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
Air Dynamics is fabulous! During the cool Lest days of winter they diagnosed my furnace issues as a problem with our humidifier. Another Company said I needed to replace my furnace! Appreciate Dan’s hands on service and determination to figure out our problem!!! Jean G
