I've deleted my previous diatribe about Garry/Air Dynamics of Northern Arizona. You all don't need to be bored by the details. BUT! There is a reason for one star. It's because there are no half stars.
I called Garry/Air Dynamics of Northern Arizona to install an HVAC system. He sold me a Daikin minisplit system. Only 15 hours after the installation it was blowing cold air on a cold December morning. It displayed an error code U2. I called Garry and said, "No hurry, but I do need you to come and look at this". He told me "you bought it, it's yours," and refused to come back. So I stopped payment on the check for the balance owed, which was my legal right, and hired another company to address the issue. They found numerous ... read more
I have only 2 experiences with this company and owner Gary and neither have been good. I will be reporting him to the BBB after this review. The 1st time I called him in fall 2023 right after the HOA installed a brand new expensive HVAC unit, the AC unit was not working and after calling him and explaining we had a board meeting that day, he wasnt going to send anyone out and I had to keep calling his team just to get it checked out, this took days. Gary and his employees are complete professionals! With years of expertise, this guy has fixed multiple problems on my 17-year-old units… We recommend him and will use him as long as he is in the area! Air dynamics, Northern Arizona is the best for your air conditioning needs
