Horrible company! My home warranty dispatched them to come fix my AC unit since we just bought the home. It took them 4 days just to call. Kept saying they never received anything from my home warranty place when they did twice! It’s 98 degrees outside so it’s very hot and I have a 6 month old and a 10 year old. They finally come out and say my compressor is broken so I’ll need a new one. Our home warranty company sent this company to my home to check our AC... this is BY FAR the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The “technician” they sent to my home, was VERY CLEARLY on DRUGS!!! All over the place, and unable to hold a conversation... when I requested that he NOT be sent back to my home, I was told that he had been given a drug test, because another customer had the same complaint, and they refused to send someone else. This is a great company. The tech was on time and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this company to anybody
They came and installed a new A/C unit yesterday. After They left the unit leaked water all over our basement. We called their emergency line and left a message. No one called us back until the following morning. They now say that no one can come until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. We are extremely unhappy with the customer service. Do not use!
