Prompt, kind, informative and very detailed. Randy is awesome…we had to adjust our appointment due to the weather. He never pushed back weeks, he adjusted to later in the day for us to get air. He and his staff super friendly. 100 percent recommend!

My grandfather has prostate cancer and this company is dragging their feet. We are tentatively scheduled A WEEK out from today in the HEAT of August. The inside of our house is 90 degrees. If you men can’t get off your duff and my family member passes away from the incompetence then I’m going to come after American HomeShield and this company. The service was superb. It all started with the customer service rep Jason, he is top notch, he made sure I was taken care of. He even called after the serve was completed to make sure everything was working good. My technician Kevin. was very kind, he worked fast and he was efficient. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Air Ducts and More you have excellent servive.

They were supposed to come service my HVAC through American Homeshield. They never came out. Never contacted me. We waited months and months. Never heard from anyone. The appointment got unscheduled... now we're in a heatwave and my unit is out of Freon. Nice. Real nice.
