This company is a rip off. The crew, especially Guy, was very unprofessional. The only thing they half way cleaned was the dryer vent. And that was only the lint trap, not the entire line. My air ducts are still dirty. My three rooms of carpet that were supposed to be steam cleaned, were only vacuumed. I refused to pay for incomplete service. DO NOT USE. While at the time of service, I thought they did a good job (however I have no one to compare it to as this was my first time getting it done). However, I found a large crack in my ceiling (right below the HVAC unit in the attic) after they left. I called the company to have them either repair it or reimburse me for the repairs they obviously caused - espec after we spent $2,000 for their services, and after a month of me continuously following up with them with no response, they said they wouldn't help bec I did... read more

Since they arrived home I could realize the knowledge this people has. They work with professionalism and did an outstanding job, I can tell because I've been in the air duct cleaning for a while now and definitely I’m going to keep on with them for maintenance matter.
Got a Livingsocial Deal for $49 . I was a little skeptical at first , But after the lead guy Charlie explain everything ( how the cleaning process will go) I was very impressed with the work that was don to the air duct system, and the dryer vent as well(That was veryyyyyyy dirty). I end up getting A UV light air sterilizer installed in my system. Overall very happy with the service , they were very professional , and polite. Will definitely used them again. Melanie.
Great company that I will definitely use again. David called to tell me of their schedule and when they would be arriving. They were super friendly and helpful. We had them clean out our dryer duct and it was not a very simple job. But they were so nice and easy going, fixed everything and cleaned everything out. And in terms of price, they are very reasonable. Would for sure recommend them.
