I had a great experience with Tom! He arrived within minutes of the starting time of a 2-hour arrival window (which surprised the heck out of me!), was both friendly and professional, cleaned and inspected my neglected chimney. My house was not occupied for a long time before I bought the place, and the chimney and fireplace alike clearly were never serviced before it went on the market, so he had a LOT to deal with, but he was unfazed by the scope of the job.
