Air duct pros were very professional and friendly. First of all, the owner and his co worker were extremely conscientious about keeping our new home clean. They were open to wearing shoe covers when we asked and took them on and off when they had to go outside with no resistance or attitude. The owner did a fantastic job of showing us the process and answering our questions . He never tried to up sell us any extra service and was super positive to talk to. Air Duct Pros was really easy and professional to work with - until the end of the appointment. They had strong communication when making the appointment, and also when they came out to explain the process prior to doing the job. When it came to the actual cleaning of the ductwork, they did a great job, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did leave all the dryer lint (from cleaning the dryer vent) on the back deck. I am a year late in this review! I had duct cleaning done at another house from a different company and it wasn't done properly so I was reluctant to hire another company. But I was very happy with Air Duct Pros Inc. They explained everything that they were going to do, took before and after pictures to show me while I was standing there. Just an overall better experience. I still own the other house and will likely hire Air Duct Pros Inc. to clean the duct work when the current tenants move out. Thank you.

One sees so many 5-star reviews for Air Duct Pros, one starts to wonder cane they really be that good? Is it bots making these reviews? I had seen a few 5-star reviews from people in my neighborhood so I figured at least some had to be legit so we gave them a try; and very glad we did. The gentleman at Air Duct Pros., were professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and cleaned every vent in my home thoroughly. Before Air Duct Pros came to my house there was dust constantly on all of the furniture and we all were suffering from allergies constantly. NO MORE... They did a FANTASTIC job! Air Duct Pros came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They were quick, EFFICIENT and very reasonable in price. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and why; it was a positive learning experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing duct work. KUDOS!
