Looks like the customer service people who take the call and schedule the appointment don't know about the people who are coming for assessment. The service men were not knowledgable and quoting absurd assessment fees without even checking. They also seem to be very not well equipped. I still paid them for assessment but something is not right. I shared it with the customer service representative as well and she said will talk to the project manager. I am yet to hear from their project manager. Hopefully they are aware of th... read more

I recently had the ducts in my house cleaned by this air duct cleaning company, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The group performed exceptionally well and with professionalism.
