Air Duct Maintenance was extremely professional and attentive during my entire process. The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. When the crew arrived at my house, they were on time, and dressed in full uniform. They worked hard while they were at my home, and left the home cleaner than they found it. We are very pleased with the very thorough duct cleaning done by *** and ****. They were careful to take care in my home, wore booties to protect the carpeting, and attended diligently to their work, all while being cheerful and friendly. Most surprising was the company's prompt return call and scheduling. I had previously called other advertised duct cleaning companies, only to be ignored. Air Duct Maintenance seems to adhere to successful business practices, and I am happy we found them.
Very misleading business practices. I moved into a new home and needed a chimney cleaned and fully inspected. We made this very clear when we called to set up an appointment and were told that they would take care of us. Half way through the cleaning, I asked the technician to show me how to use the gas fireplace when he was done with the inspection. He told me that they do not do inspections, only the cleaning. Our chimney service does include a full system cleaning, and an inspection. There are three different levels of chimney inspections.
