I hired Air Duct Doc LLC to clean my air ducts, and the experience was disappointing. The technicians arrived late and seemed disorganized. The work was rushed, and I didn't see any noticeable improvement in air quality. The price was higher than expected, and the company's customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address my concerns.
"Air Duct Doc LLC was not transparent about their pricing and services. I was quoted one price, but the final bill was much higher due to ""additional services"" that I didn't authorize. When I asked for an explanation, the company became defensive and uncooperative. The work itself was average, but the lack of honesty and transparency was a major red flag."
Cost me $1000 in damage and took no accountability. Accidents happen but it’s all about how you resolve it that matters most.
Guys came on time. Did great job. Cleaned AC coils. Airflow improved alot. Will call again.
