These guys never showed up for my appointment nor did they call to let me know they weren't coming or that something happened that prevented them from coming.
Looking at the dirty vents, we thought the ducts needed cleaned. Paul, the service tech was very honest and said they were done recently and showed us the ducts. We paid for the service call which is understandable. When we need service in the future, we will definitely call on you.
Erik came to my mother's house and did an outstanding job. The house ducts had not been cleaned in 30 years so I know it was challenging. Erik took a photograph and showed us and it was not pretty! I highly recommend this company. Efficient, courteous and clean.
