I just had my air ducts “encapsulated “ by Ron and Joe with ADA. These guys did a great job and represented the company well. ADA must treat their people well to inspire the attitude these guys have. I returned home to find a bit of dust and some debri that had not been cleaned up, so I called Bonnie in the office and she immediately turned the guys around from their 1-1/2 hour trip home and sent them back to take care of my concerns.
