What a blessing these people are! After dealing with an illusory warranty for parts and service on our Carrier A/C in Crescent Lakes, Babcock Ranch, we had had enough. For 11 days in January of this year, we were without air conditioning or heat, with the temperature in our house some days in the 30s when we woke up! I had a bad experience with this company, who was unable to diagnose the problem and then the owners lied and claimed they had diagnosed the problem (the capacitor) when their detailed invoices clearly say that was not the issue. The unit is only 1.5 years old and had I hired them, I would have been replacing a part that was working fine according to their own technician.
