Air Design came out to my home and simply looked at my water heater. Instantly they called and told me it needed to be replaced. The charge was $150 for a 5 minute visit. The estimated the replacement to be $1700 and said nothing about the $150 "service call" where no service was performed. I will not use this company for anything ever again.
