We have used Air Design Systems Inc., a couple of times during normal business hours and have always been pleased. This is the third time we have used the emergency after hours option First time was Christmas Day when Patrick came to our rescue, second time was late one Saturday night when Anthony came to help us out. This time, on a Sunday evening Raymond came to our rescue! Thank you to everyone at Air Design Systems. We appreciate everyone, from those who answer the phones to those who come to repair our plumbing issues!
This is Doyle Thomas, 418 Milestone Blvd. Raymond responded to a leak. Even though it was 6am, he was on site in less than an hour. He not only repaired the leak, but performed additional maintenance to reduce the chances of future problems. This additional work was done at my request. Raymond is very professional and courteous. Very satisfied with his service.
Our experience only: $2400 PLUS later, several calls to the service manager of AIR DESIGN , treated abusive by calling office, no return call. WAITED weeks for the service manager to return our calls. Two women took our contact information to give to the service manager. We have their names. We even shared we need a new duck quote and the one woman just said that's another department and let that possible sale thrown under the rug. Raymond and His helper Devin did a superior and efficient job for my kitchen. Guys were in and out with no problems. I will call Air design every time for my plumbing in the future.
