Mike was great
I am very pleased with the service of Air Design. I am extremely pleased with the service rendered today by Cooper Pernell. He carefully and thoroughly checked everything from the main system up in the attic, each and every coil, to the outside fan spending over an hour doing so. I was so happy when he said, "I have checked everything and everything is in good shape." That means he is not only a technician doing thorough work, but he is honest as well. They never showed up
Technician came to do an annual AC check up and service. He was professional and courteous. He advised us that our AC system needed to be cleaned because of mold and mildew, showing us photos. We have since set up an appt for cleaning that issue. Unfortunately it's quite expensive and is no covered by the 3-yearr warranty we've purchased.
