Logan came out and saved the day for us when the AC motor failed at my house during a heat wave. Logan went the extra mile to help find a replacement and worked late completing the install. Everyone I dealt with over the phone and in person was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Thank you!
WE HAD LOGAN COME OUT AND TROUBLE SHOOT OUR A/C SYSTEM . HE SHOWED UP 15 MINUTES EARLY AND READY TO GO TO WORK. HE PUT SHOE COVERS ON WITH OUT ME ASKING AND TROUBLE SHOT THE PROBLEM DOWN TO A BAD FAN MOTOR. HE SAID HE NEEDED TO CALL THE SHOP FOR MORE INFO AND RETURNED IN A FEW MINUTES WITH GREAT NEWS THAT THE MOTOR WAS UNDER WARRENTY. I HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. REQUEST LOGAN TO TROUBLE SHOOT YOUR SYSTEM.
Our AC unit was struggling to keep us cool. Logan from Air Design came out to fix it. He quickly narrowed it down to a low refrigerant problem. He gave me an excellent summary of how and why he arrived at this conclusion. Logan also reviewed the cost of adding refrigerant in advance (good business). Very satisfied with Air Design and with Logan (smart guy).
Bad drivers
Guy in this little man is swerving over into my lane I pull up next to him and he's course he's looking down at his phone and his lap not a good look when the name of the company is on the side
