This company is the worst company to deal with. They are very unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy. They lack good customer service. I ordered merchandise from Air Delights, and after they invoiced me, charged my credit card and got paid, they never shipped my orders. When I confronted them, they stated that the funds would be returned to my credit card and demanded that I go to my bank and wire additional payments to them before they could ship my orders. I recently placed an order with Air Delights which included over night shipping which I paid \$42.00 for. The order was received, according to their website early enough to go out the same day. Two days later I still do not have my order. Their reason for not getting it out on time "the plant had a big job". NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. Now they want to ship it today, a Friday so I will have it Monday and they still want to charge me \$42.00 for over night service. That makes the order 5 days late.
