We recently used Air Critical Care to fly my mother home and were very pleased with their services. I called several different air ambulances and Air Critical Care really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. I felt very comfortable knowing my mother was in their care. The medical staff were very kind to my mom and we recieved regular updates on how she was doing.
