I wish I could give this service more than 5 stars. I think most of the time the circumstances of the trips this company provides are not pleasant, however, they did everything to make it as easy as possible. The initial contact with customers service was informative and once we booked the communication was always timely and pleasant. The trip itself for us was a long one, 26 hours from pick up to drop off. Our drivers Shava and Jose were so very compassionate and helpful. I recently used this medical transport service for a 12-hour ride to relocate my elderly parent. I was very pleased with the professionalism and care provided by the crew—Khris, Cheryl, and Marquette were attentive, respectful, and clearly experienced. They took excellent care of my parent throughout the trip. That said, the van’s suspension needs improvement.
