I had the opportunity to be accompanied by Driver, Eric and Medic, DeAngelo on a long drive from Alabama to Virginia. They were both very nice and professional. My grandfather was taken very good care of and I would definitely use the service again!
DeAngelo, James and Eric were highly professional and exceptionally patient transporting our father who has dementia. They let me know the minute they arrived for pick up as well as keeping me informed of delays or issues along the way. They even played music for his ride that was familiar to him to make him feel right at home. We'd recommend them in a New York heartbeat!!!
ACC Medlink is lucky to have Medic DeAngelo and drivers James and Eric. The took great care of our mom on an 1800 mile journey across eight states. Phenomenal professionals, well done gentlemen.

As you can imagine, the thought of medically transporting a loved one across multiple state lines seems daunting and scary. ACC made every step easy and I felt very taken care of along the way. All of the employees in office and on the ride were outstanding. Following up to make sure we had what we needed, felt supported, and made everyone as comfortable for my grandfather as could be.
