Van had drivers Jomo and Naomi who were safe and courteous as well as nurse DeAngelo, who was knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient. Couldn’t have gone better under trying times.
We transported my mother from Quincy, MA to Tucson, AZ driving 50 straight hours. She had to be taken out of and out back in the transport van via the gurney for safety due to her instability issues. I was able to ride along with her, and we were also able to transport her small dog and cat along with us. We stopped along the way for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which they provided. Pam B, Amanda T and Cynthia M were amazing! Prompt, professional, and personable. They were attentive to the patient and family which made a 17 hour drive comfortable!
