Not on time. Showed up 3 hours late.
The ride was very bumpy and the company needs to desperately invest in better shocks, if that’s an option. Every bump in the road shakes the van and it’s hard to sleep, especially at 84. But I’m giving the company five stars because of the wonderful employees. Starting with Sam in customer service. He was very kind and helpful while we prepared for the trip. ACC Medlink is WONDERFUL! They helped me get my Dad on a 17 hour ride to a different state: he is 84, he has dementia, and is in very poor physical health and needed to get to his ALF. They took such good care of him and were super nice and accommodating. I very highly recommend them. The peace of mind was such a relief knowing he was in such good hands.
Horrible experience. My Aunt was mistreated and said she abused by Jamaica and her husband who was the driver. She has bruising after the ride. She said she was psychically assaulted by Jamaica. She has never made something like this up in her life.
