Professional employees. Loaded and unloaded me without causing me any more pain. Drove straight through only stopped to get gas and food to go. My Paramedic was exceptionally caregiving, Intelligent, Polite, and made me feel very comfortable.
My 83 year old mother fell and broke both of her femurs while getting on a Disney Cruise in Florida. We had to take her to Cape Canaveral Hospital. She ended up having to have surgery on both femurs with rods and screws. We were stuck in Florida for a week and had to figure out how we could get her back to Tennessee. My son found Acc Medlink and they were a true Blessing. We had an RN, and two drivers. My mom was on a stretcher and they had a bed for me to lay beside her as we travel home together. The drivers and paramedic were all very professional and attentive to my dads needs!
I had a great experience with acc medlink from the first call through the end of my father's long ride home. Maria was a clear communicator and was available and answered all my questions throughout the process. They took care of all the coordinated with the facility my father was in and even stopped at a pharmacy for meds on the way out of town.
