⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family recently used ACC Medlink to transport my mother from Texas to Virginia, and we could not have been more impressed. Evelyn was our primary point of contact throughout the planning process and coordinated all of the logistics. We were transporting my 85 year old father, who had just gotten out of the hospital, on an 8 hour journey. The van was supposed arrive at 8 am to pick hm up. It actually arrived at about 3:30 pm. This was already going to be an extremely stressing trip, and the late arrival of the van, and then the middle of the night arrival at his destination made for a VERY difficult experience for my father. ACC Medlink - you need to do better when working with old and sick people. This is just not acceptable.

Pam, Jamie, and Khamari helped me transport my mother from OKC to Louisville. They did an excellent job and were 100% concerned with our health, safety and comfort. Leading into the initial pickup they had excellent communication and kept us updated so we’re were ready when they arrived. I’d recommend them without any reservation.

While spending 24 days in the hospital with my father’s critical injuries from an auto accident, I had time to do my research on medical transport companies. ACC Medlink had national coverage, the capabilities and availability to transport my father, mother and I along with our bags from SC back to GA.
