Air Crafts did a great job installing a new attic air handler. Out of three bidders, their price was the lowest (by over $2000 in one case for the same thing). The team of installers was professional, friendly, efficient and clean. From bid to completion it was a smooth job. I also commend their honesty. I was told that my ductwork was undersized and needed to be replaced. Air Crafts looked at this and said the ducting was sized correctly and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
The team at Air Crafts was extremely responsive. Our system went down and they responded within a few hours to diagnose and provide an estimate on a replacement system. in less than a week we we had a new system installed
My home HVAC had an AC issue with leaky refrigerant due to leaky outdoor flare. The Company sent the technician to diagnose, locate the leakage point and fix. Gene from the company resolved the problem, changed the filters and tested everything thoroughly. Very happy with professionalism, communication, folllow up, and quality of work. Highly recommended!!!
I have purposely waited 5 months to write this review on the Phenomenal Aire air purifier we had installed by Air Craft's Heating and Air, to give an honest feedback on how it works. We LOVE it. The dust in our house has greatly decreased requiring a light dusting monthly instead of heavy dusting weekly. I suffer from allergies and asthma and used to experience symptoms inside my home. Scheduled for our AC Unit to be looked at the following day after it broke with an appointment from some time between 10-1 and as no one showed up I called at 1:10pm to double check and the lady on the phone not only had an attitude but couldn’t give me an answer of if or when someone would show up. So I patiently waited until 3 pm and called back again stating the urgency as i have newborns in the house and it’s already 85 degrees in the house.
