I recently Air Crafts Heating & AC come to work on an issue with our unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their customer service was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to my questions and schedule the visit. The repair technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed & fixed the issue. I would recommend Air Crafts to anyone. Great people, great service, and a job well done!
This a great company they are on time and do clean work. They provide clear easy to understand solutions to issues they may encounter with the AC unit. I did a huge DIY mini spilt quad unit system and they are not as easy to install as the You Tube videos would lead you to believe and most companies I contacted refuse to touch it. Air Crafts HVAC helped sort out the issues cost effectively and I deeply appreciate their help. I highly recommend them. Added bonus they are nice and fun to work with!

Did a great job repairing our AC unit. We needed a new indoor unit. The unit they put in is bigger and quieter than the original. I had prior issue with the distribution box being uneven and Gene, the technician, said he would make sure he strapped it to the joists and that is was even. I went up in the attic to check and an he did a great job. Very clean install. Thanks!
I had a chance to speak with the owners and I must say they are very nice, patient, and answered all my questions. While mini split AC systems are pricey in general, so we are not able to afford a system at this time, if we had the money we would absolutely use Air Crafts because Ron was very trustworthy and polite.
