During this cold snap our air-conditioner needed urgent attention. The service provided by Alex and the office staff at Air Craft HVAC was exceptional. From our first call to our air conditioning being up and running was amazing. Always kept informed of the progress of parts and expected time for delivery. We would highly recommend.
I was quoted a full replacement by another company for over $3000 as apparently mine was beyond repair, decided to get a second opinion and saved myself over $1500 thanks to Alex. They replaced a couple parts and good as new. Awesome service and highly recommend
