During this cold snap our air-conditioner needed urgent attention. The service provided by Alex and the office staff at Air Craft HVAC was exceptional. I was quoted a full replacement by another company for over $3000 as apparently mine was beyond repair, decided to get a second opinion and saved myself over $1500 thanks to Alex. They replaced a couple parts and good as new. Awesome service and highly recommend
