Furnace Repair – Scott was very nice to work with, and I was glad to pay his reasonable fee to repair our furnace. Even though the problem related to our shoddy furnace maintenance habits, he didn't toot his own horn or make sure that we felt stupid for not having the work done sooner. He thoroughly explained other issues he found with our humidifier and aging hot water heater, but never once suggested that he needed to be the one to do the work, nor did he leave me with a false sense of urgency about what needs to happen to... read more
