They have professional people doing their work
Dealer does not stand behind their products. They only refer to manufacturer for support. Might as well go to lowes. Bought a chainsaw in Sept 2021. Sent a chainsaw back for service in Oct 2021. As of July 2022 it's still in their queue to fix. They got parts several months back and each time I call they claim that they don't have any technicians. If you buy equipment from them, don't expect them to be able to provide any support. You are on your own.
