I wanted to get new blades on my lawn mower, get the oil changed, alnd to get a new belt for the self propelled section. I was told it would be ready within two weeks. Speed ahead over two months before I fianlly got it back. I received so many different excuses and completion dates that I lost count. When I went to pick it up, naturally there was only one person at the front desk, so it took a good 20-minutes before I was even waited on. I have not been in there for years, I had a good dependable mower. I service it myself. I just moved back from down South, and had to look up a dealer for my orange mower. I was kind of shocked, that they did not have anything on my list! I should have been happy though, I had the parts shipped from where I purchased the mower, and still saved $20.00. I maintained a smile throughout our business, but it was the Only smile in the place.
The guys did not look too happy to help. Maybe it was a bad day for them but regardless they werent very helpful at all
