Thanks to Sean's work, my old HVAC has both heat and AC. I should have called them weeks ago during those 3-digit days. (The previous person from Beutler couldn't fix either.)
i absolutely love Air Cool. Sean, owner came to my rescue when my 2nd AC decided to die. 3 years ago he replaced the upstairs unit and did a great job. He came the next day after calling him and had the new unit in within 5 days. He is honest, respectful, responsive and will not try to upsell you. They did a great job protecting the floors and leaving everything clean. A family run company that really takes care of you. I highly recommend Air Cool!
AC went out during the extreme heat wave and they were able to come out so fast. Knowledgeable, fast and fair priced. Can’t go wrong!
One word ….. AMAZING! Picture this - it’s the middle of an unprecedented heatwave in Sacramento & it is 111*, you come home Friday @ 6pm after a long week to your A/C not working! Yup, Friday evening, 111* and your A/C breaks down! You immediately start googling & calling companies to see who can come rescue you and your family! Call #1 - we can see you next Thursday! Call #2 - we can take your name and someone will call you next week Call#3 - nothing available but you can call back next week On and on until I called 6 place... read more
I was able to reach Sean after 5PM on a Friday and explained that our AC unit had stopped blowing cool air. We had been experiencing temperatures of 100 and up so our home was very uncomfortable. Sean added us to his schedule for the very next morning and stayed in contact with an arrival time. He was professional, pleasant and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Sean had us back up and cooling within 15 minutes. We will save his number and business card for all future service to our HVAC. THANK YOU AGAIN SEAN !
