They sent out a technician on Sunday and fixed the wire that my husband accidentally hit with the weed eater. We thought it was going to be something serious, but ended up being a minor repair. Thank-you for your fast, reliable service.
I have had a lot of issues with my air conditioner freezing up every spring, and other companies have been coming out and filling our unit up with freon and said the leak was undetectable. The technician from Air Controls came out and found the leak on the first trip, the leak was at one of the feeder tubes, as he called it. The tech soldered over the hole and repaired the leak. We called this company because our AC stopped working on the first hot day of the summer. The technician arrived on-time and figured out that we would need a new motor for the condenser. We ok'd the repair and the tech quickly installed a new motor, and the unit is working great!
Great looking installation of our new Carrier 15 seer heat pump system. My wife and I are very pleased with your quality workmanship. The inspection process went very smoothly and the city inspector was complimentary of the custom fabrication on the rain shield that protects the ducts from getting wet. We will be using you again to replace the upstairs system in the Spring.
Air Controls installed a new Carrier heat pump system in our home over a month ago, so far so good, the unit is cooling better than the old one ever did. We are very pleased with the work done in our home. The install was professional and clean looking. Due to our unit being in a closet, we were concerned about the ductwork not matching up properly. However, Jeremy fabricated a custom transition that matched perfect and helped improve our airflow. Great job!
