If I could give a lower rate I would. The reviews don’t surprise me at all. We have “warranty” through these guys but I’m thinking of paying with a different company because these guys cannot respond! Their customer service is the worst. The first day I reached out was great I got a call back and I was even able to text the receptionist or whatever she is I forgot her name. Prompt and professional service. Thanks to Tori, and technicians John and Billy. Replaced the fan motor on our AC Condenser unit.
This is an outstanding company in terms of service, communication and professionalism. Penny from their Victorville office stayed in touch through working with AHS warranty - the purchase of the new condenser & coils, the delivery delay - she was terrific to work with. The techs they sent out were here for 9 hours installing the new equipment, were very respectful of my home and clearly communicated each step. I would highly recommend this team.
I am not the one that posts negative reviews, but this company needs to be reviewed . Air Controlled Environments is a company I will NEVER use again for our business in Ontario. Missed appointments, no communication, and the absolute poorest customer service from Penny. It’s like she gets a kick from treating people badly. STAY AWAY!! Find a professional company for your business needs.
I seldom take the time to write reviews and if this wasnt a work order from my insurance "PENNY" would have lost this company my buisness.
