I had a complicated problem that required several different fixes. Dwayne, the technician, had to come back several times and try different things. Dennis, Dillion, and Jason from the office were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering that I was calling them very frequently and it probably got annoying, that didn't stop them from always being gracious and making sure they make it right. Spent a lot of money on new unit 3 years ago and more than 1k in upkeep and repairs and it’s still 80 degrees in my house. Has been giving us the run around for the last month

Denis from ACS came to my home and fixed the problem. He didn't spend time trying to up sell me. He was honest, pleasant, and professional. It could not have gone any better unless it was free! USE THEM. CALL THEM TODAY! UPDATE: James for ACS was sent by God to my home. It was the hottest week of the year and my AC quit. it was 92 degrees in the house. I called on a Saturday morning.
