Our AC died in the beginning of July, and after getting a few quotes, we chose Air Control to do the job because the quote was reasonable and they took the time to ask questions about our system that no one else did (how many vents we had, were there issues with airflow in any of the rooms, etc.). The warranty is also amazing! We had Randy come work on our air conditioning, which wasn't functioning. Not only did he fix the problem, he gave us a very detailed and helpful explanation as to why we were having a problem and what we could do to avoid it in the future. I would use him again!

The company engages in unlawful business practices. I would suggest avoiding them until the company becomes transparent with their charges. The employee worked on our heater. He said he needed to go buy a part, left for 1.5 hours (he could have been napping for all we know), and would not provide a receipt or store. He then says the part was $425 (it's a $30-50 gas valve). We complained about this deceitful behavior, and the co-owner (Harry) decided to yell at me on the phone.
