RecommendedMy air conditioner was acting up so I called Air Control. Randy was the tech that was sent out to my house to check on my air conditioner. After asking me some questions Randy determined that the air filters were clogged. As a newly widowed woman I told Randy that my husband had always taken care of the filters and he said no problem,cleaned the filters and made sure everything worked right. Randy was very professional & took the time to explain everything to me and treated with respect. Thank you, Nicola Sue

Air Control does a great job of assessing your heating and air conditioning needs and proposing a system that is right for you, at competitive rates! They have installed systems in two of my properties and did a great job!

The technician (Tom) was great, the reason for the low rating is the way they handle payment. Had repairs done on the 25th of September, the tech called in my card number, wrote paid on the receipt. Waited over a week for them to take the money, still didn't. Living check to check, I thought, hey, maybe a Christmas miracle came early. But no, they waited until the 9th of October to take it, screwing up my bank account. UNLESS YOU PAY IN CASH OR ARE THERE WHEN THEY RUN YOUR CARD, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
