Very efficient and professional. Spent more time than previous companies but having vast experience In automotive repair, I always worry that technicians can cause many issues, more than the manufacturer post repair or maintenance. Hopefully this is not going to be the case in this instance as this old dinosaur 🦖 is apt to be pricy to replace! 😬🙏🏻🤞 * Price paid is for an annual agreement.
This is a good company to work with. Thanks for your professionalism. There was an issue with the thermostat I bought. Kyle made it right! Thanks Air Comtrol!
Matt was great. Always gives us a straight response and tells it like it is. Always a pleasure to have him as a qualified HVAC technician service our system.
New work rooftop unit installed. New company for us-so a few snags but once the correct crane arrived, installation went smoothly. Techs were instructed on the electrical by our licensed electrician. They had a problem turning the gas on to our units. ATL gas came out and helped with that. Install complete -just a few ‘questions’ or communication mixups. All good-yes I’d recommend them. And we have an annual contract with them.
