I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about!! I wonder if perhaps that review was completed by a competitor? It is rare to find a business that is run with as much integrity as Air Control. I have found them to be honest, friendly and reliable. Many people I know are Air Control customers and they feel the same way I do. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about my heat pump.
Doesn't practice good business ethics, time management or customer satisfaction. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.
