John is fabulous! Our air conditioner broke right when the really hot weather began this year. I had had bad luck with some other HVAC places in town so I went to Nextdoor to ask for recommendations. I am so glad that my neighbors sent me to John Neek! He found a way to fit us in even though he was leaving on vacation the next day! He explained to me exactly what was going on and why. John was very professional and efficient. We called in the morning for a service on our unit that was not blowing cold air in this texas heat. He was able to come in the same day and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. He did not try to up-sell us on anything and gave us incredible pricing. We will definitely be scheduling in the future for any emergencies as well as routine maintenance. Thank you John!

John has now repaired our air conditioning twice for 2 separate units. We did not even hesitate to call him because the first time was such a great experience. Besides the quality work, I especially like that he explains the situation well and he also sat down with me to make sure I registered my new air conditioner. I highly recommend him.
