The technician, Gerardo, was super! Professional, efficient and informed me about his findings. He explained what he would be doing and once completed, he discussed his findings. He was very thorough and cleaned the unit with good care. I purchased a 3 year maintenance plan with Air Control and have been very pleased with the results of the work that has been done throughout the year. Staff at the office is very friendly and professional. Glad I chose Air Control for my Trane air conditioning system.
