Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Made false analysis on Trane unit even though the unit itself gave the appropriate error code (two year old unit and working fine till this point). Instead of spending thousands of dollars as they were promoting, I instead bought a $25 sensor online and fixed it myself. BUYER BEWARE!
