Richard responded to our AC crisis! Broken ac and its August. Needed a replacement and he was the BEST price for same system out of 4 different estimates. Richard and his technicians have been taking care of both my Air conditioners for over three years. They are prompt, have taken good care of every issue I've ever had. I would recomend the maintenance contract too, if your not a Snowbird and use your AC all year like I do....
