I only have one star because ZERO STARS is not an option. Unit was to be installed on June 6. Delay after delay but needless to say it was installed. Thermostat was set at 70...it hasn't gotten below 76 since the install. Even the owner said he would come out and rectify the situation but today the house is 77. Lots of no shows. Horrible communication. Don't expect a call back. You would think after two and a half weeks someone would be out to fix it. I would not recommend this company for anything.
