We weren't real pleased. Although it was easy enough to schedule a seasonal check up and the service tech either took and left the door off the metal emergency shut off box or didn't put it back on because a day later I saw it missing off the unit. I had to climb up on the roof and I found the box door at the edge of the roof where it has slid down from not being properly and securely closed. A tech should have clearly noticed this when closing the box back which makes us wonder what else wasn't done "completely" or thorough... read more
