Terrible. Spent thousands on ductless/minisplit systems that have proven to be ineffective and tripled my electric bill. I have called, left voicemail, and sent text messages to exercise my warranty, however, Alex and company have not answered nor returned any of my messages. I would not ever recommend this company for new minisplit/ductless installation. BEWARE.

Again I will say, service is exceptional! Company and Israel are very professional and most of all very upfront and detailed. Every time I have needed help with our air conditioning units, they were very prompt to help. Israel is very courteous and knowledgeable of his job. Not only did it not take a week or two to get help, but a matter of minutes. Thank you Israel for your great work and can’t wait to continue using this coming and your skills again soon! Yall are the best!

Israel was super awesome, professional, helpful, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure our AC unit was fully serviced and would remain problem free for the hot South Texas summer months. Thank you so much Israel and Adrian. I highly recommend this company. These guys are pros and offer a world-class customer experience!!! A+++

Israel was very professional and was knowledgeable explaining my A/C unit. He arrived on time and gave me helpful advice what we can do to lower our energy bill. I would definitely recommend their company and service to anyone looking for an A/C company to provide you with trustworthy recommendations. Thanks again!
