They are great!! After dealing with a couple people that wanted to rip me off (one actually did last year), I feel very lucky that I found AC Plus. Last year they installed a new unit and they did a great job, plus there was an extra part that needed to be replaced in my attic (the old part wasn't the right size or something, can't remember well) and they replaced it at no extra cost.
