Jacob from AC of AZ was sent out to do an annual inspection on my HVAC system and was prompt and very professional. He advised everything looked good, and provided multiple photos of the system and recommended that the blower should be cleaned. ACofAZ provided me with a quote for the cleaning, I accepted it and Jacob came back out, just as prompt as the first time and executed the cleaning and walked me through what he was doing. Excellent communication, extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with!
Troy, the owner, and his crew are wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and professional. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them. Jacob R was here yesterday and did a fabulous job checking our systems. He was also very clear in all his explanations of what he found. Highly recommend!
