I called ACA to determine why our A/C unit was dead as a door nail. We had another company look at it and could not repair it. Jacob R. came out quickly and ran some tests and figured out the problem. He was able to get it running again for us. He was knowledgeable, efficient and was careful to leave our home in pristine condition. I highly recommend ACA and will call them again!! Joanne W.

Bryan was my field expert today. I had an urgent situation with my air handler. The company sent Bryan, who knew right away what the problem was and promptly fixed it. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. The technicians have been knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Thank you

I had my rooftop AC unit quit operating. I called at lunch and they dispatched a tech about an hour later. He made the unit operational in only a few minutes. He stayed onsite about another hour doing an extensive analysis. He pulled a hose and washed the coils. He checked function of all components on the unit. He could not of done a better job. I was happy enough to get the unit operating. What he did afterwards will make me a customer for life. Technicians name was Aiden.

I had this company install an air conditioning unit, it was not strapped down properly and caused heavy water damage to my home including breaking through a ceiling. When I brought this to the company's attention they offered to have it repaired. I found out their repairman actually worked in another industry and did repair work on the side, so I went through my insurance to get it professionally done.
