5 stars doesn't seem like enough to give Kevin from AC and and Heating Wizards! Went thru AHS for our AC issues and didn't have much faith as our last experience was less than pleasant. Kevin contacted me via text at 9am this morning (service was only requested later last night) He advised that he would contact me btwn 12-3pm to let me know when he was on his way. Wow. Just wow. Now been a whole MONTH since weve had no air. This is not a place for business. NO JOKE, this dude is a SCAMMER.
Kevin, at AC Wizards, is our go to for any and all ac issues! He is professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! He shows up when he says he will, and always leaves everything clean after his work. He’s always been able to help us out and get our ac working properly in this Florida heat! Don’t hesitate to call him!
Our property manager informed us that our AC was not cooling. I put in a request through American Home Shield and received a call from Kevin within 15 minutes. He showed up the house fix the unit by replacing the capacitor and telephone me within half an hour of putting in the request. This is the fourth or fifth time we’ve used him, and every time he has been professional, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him.
