This is unfortunate whenever to pay for any service you expect professionalism as well as courtesy. This is not what I received from this company. My mother is 93y/o paid cash for a HVAC in May 2022. After 2 mos the a/c did not work properly (continued to get colder whenever set), the thermostat was changed 3 times and placed so tacky and unprofessional.
