Joshua was absolutely great! Worked hard the whole time. Explained the process and kept me updated on changes that needed to occur. He went the extra mile to make sure my appliances were running well.
I highly recommend Advantage HPE! Clint is great! He is very professional and honest. Request Clint if you have any heating and cooling needs.
Very nice -answered immediately -the quote was double the amount of another bid.
Great work and friendly technician. However, I would recommend that they advise customers that if they are writing a check that the check will be processed electronically (ACH), and likely clear the customer account the next day.
Good service and communication during the process of replacing a water heater. Would use them again.
