Great company. Very straightforward and honest team, they did great work. The tech was excellent in helping us understand our options and selecting the best system for our home.
Everyone from the company exceeded our expectations. Our AC stopped working on a Sunday evening and we were able to have our AC issue diagnosed AND AC unit replaced by Tuesday! They also offered complementary portable AC until the unit could be replaced. All of the technicians were extremely prompt and professional. I hope to never have another issue with our AC, but if we do I would not hesitate to call them up!!
I called Coastal Air conditioning recently , had a heating unit installed and I was impressed with the entire process. From the plumbers, to the installers and technicians, they did a great job.
We needed an air conditioner tech to come assist us with what looks like was an Freon issue. Our air was blowing out warm air and during summer this is not fun. We called and spoke to a guy named Andrew who assisted us with getting a tech out the next day. Turns out we have some messed up parts that needing to be fixed. I was on a budget so they even gave me a discount appreciated all their help
