Just had Air Condition Army come over to do my scheduled annual maintenance check up. Gerald arrived within the window time frame and started working on cleaning & checking all that needed to be done. Almost finished when he noticed a small leak in the evaporator cooling unit. He checked it out, discovered the problem, and went to work to get the part replaced and the problem fixed.
