DO NOT USE THEM. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They came to instal my unit... The unit didn't work . When I had another company come out they explained to me that whoever installed my unit forgot to instal an important part. They broke it down by comparing it to building a car with no oil it. The home warrenty company explained to me I had to stick with them and wasn't allowed to use another company. They came and fixed the problem but left a leaky line which caused a hole in my roof, but of course that wasn... read more
These people installed a system that works. Unfortunately, they did not remove the old one. They just wrapped their new flexible system around the old metal box one. They removed a few pipes I guess so it looked like they were taking stuff away. They weren't. They actually left one of the old returns dropped, detached, and open still going to the return vent into my house. Well these guys were my go to guys, however 1.5 years after the install of my new system which is having problems I can not get them to call me back. 14 calls and 2 emails over a 2 month span....
