Professional company. Technicians are honest and provide great service.
Do NOT get service with them, disrespect and over charge, they didn’t fix my AC and now I have to pay extra to get fix with another company, they are disrespectful, STAY AWAY.
I had a terrible experience with Air Concepts and would not recommend them to anyone. They came out to fix my air conditioner, but the technician showed up late, seemed unprepared, and barely took the time to explain what was wrong. After the visit, my AC actually stopped working completely within a day. When I called to get them back out, I was put on hold multiple times and never got a clear answer. This guys scrathed my car on a parking next to their door and just said "sorry". That's the same way they care about your AC i guess, never trust them!
