Not very good service. They installed an HVAC unit in my home. It has been 10 months and the system s is still not working properly. They have been to my house several times. The unit leaked water in my attic, cause over $1000 worth of damage. They fixed the leaking hose but never offered to fix all the damage to the house. I had to do repairs. We are so happy with our new HVAC system. We chose Air Concepts to do the job due to how helpful they were with rebate assistance. They all have such a positive attitude, I felt so comfortable with them from start to finish. Kelly truly cares about the company and the HVAC system chosen. Karen answered the phone or email very quickly each time. Josh was so chill and remedied all concerns. Todd was one of the hardest workers I have come across. We are very pleased with our outcome.

I just had a new system put into our home. American Standard 20 seer and we are so happy with it. It is so quiet both outdoors and in. Most of the time we don't even know it's on. We only know that we are very comfortable in each room and we are so happy we chose Air Concepts to do the work for us. They all have such a nice attitude and was so easy to communicate and to explain about the system before choosing.

Responded to a tune-up special but was talked into a service call as the compressor was not working. Diagnosed the problem as a capacitor and told me it was a lot cheaper than a new unit at $1500, but did not give me a quote for the capacitor . So they put in a capacitor and charged me $347.22 for it and $87.50 for the service call, but did give me a $20 credit for the ad. Problem is the part cost only $27.15 at Grangers or $14.21 online at Zorro's. What a rip off. Never do business with them again.
