I had my thermostat replaced today. It died last week. Francisco V was on time, and explained what he was doing. He programmed the thermostat for each day in a week & checked on my heat pump. He was efficient with the diagnostics, courteous & service was reasonably priced. Additionally I would like to extend my appreciation to Charley, Gabriel and Carla. I would gladly recommend the company to others and would use their services again in the future.
We made an appointment for a quote on AC installation. He came by and made his assessments. A week later, I called to get an update. They attempted to reach out to the employee for the quote and we never received one. They will not get any business from us in the future. Very unprofessional.
I highly recommend Air Concepts. They quickly came out to address my issue and fixed it. Anthony was very informative, helped explain what was going on, he has years of experience and very kind. Would definitely recommend!
