Came home after work to my A/C being out. Got in touch with Well at 4:26, someone was there at 6, and house is almost back to normal temps now. The price was VERY reasonable for an after-hours service call. THANK YOU! I’ve been happy with the service before and would recommend Air Concept anyway, but am extra grateful now so adding a review to help out.
Terrible service. Job not completed properly. Rude when confronted. Guys name was Adam
Great customer service!!! I don’t remember their names but they came last Friday and solved a problem that nobody has cared about in the past few years. I appreciate you!!!
Great customer service! Locally owned and they stand behind their work!
Once again, very pleased to recommend Air Concepts for urgent help when needed. AC fan motor died at my 90 year-old relative's home in August heat. Air Concepts came within two hours, found the problem, repaired it same day. Thank you to Julie, Angel, and the rest of the AC team!
