I love this place, Julie always comes to the rescue when we need someone to service our unit!! Prices are amazing but the customer service is equally amazing!!!
I rarely leave reviews, but we have relied on Air Concepts for a few different issues now, and every time they have gone far above and beyond our expectations. We have had some unique situations, but they have been able to solve each of them, and have done so efficiently and excellently. Their technicians are always friendly, and clearly know what they are doing. Couldn't recommend more strongly.
We built our home in 2000. We've had 2 local companies do all of our HVAC service and replacement. I needed a new unit to replace one of our 3 units. I interviewed 3 companies; I was interested in what they saw, what they would do and of course how much it would cost. AirConcepts addressed it all and more with ideas and installations that I had not even considered and they beat all the others while doing it. New, ducting, new units, new wiring, changing around the units, new platforms, new thermostats, new returns and so on.... read more
I have used Air Concepts for years. They do all my HVAC work at home, work, and my rental property. From installing new systems to servicing old ones, they always are quick to respond, communicate throughout the process, and do excellent work at a fair price.
