Once again, very pleased to recommend Air Concepts for urgent help when needed. AC fan motor died at my 90 year-old relative's home in August heat. Air Concepts came within two hours, found the problem, repaired it same day. Thank you to Julie, Angel, and the rest of the AC team!
Won’t return calls or emails after an inspection and quoting a HVAC repair.
My experience with Air Concept was quite poor. While the inspection was fine (though some items of concern were not noted), getting them out at the scheduled time was very frustrating. We had to have our option extended due to their lack of communication and inability to honor agreed-upon times. I wanted to have a better experience but was, unfortunately, left disappointed.
